Tableland Turf is based in Armidale supplying turf to the Northern Tablelands, North West Slopes and Plains and the Mid North Coast since 1994.

We are the longest established continuous management turf farm in our region.

With being a family based business employing our three sons as well as other staff our ability and determination to provide the best customer service is assured.

In the search to overcome the failings of other lawn grass varieties, Tableland Turf obtained a license to grow “Sir Walter” turf in 1998, realizing “Sir Walter” was the turf of the future.

Since then “Sir Walter” with 24 million metres sold nationally, has exceeded ours and our customer’s expectations and become Australia’s most successful lawn grass ever.

With fourteen years experience operating Tableland Turf following on fourteen years previous horticultural experience, we are able to help and advise our customers on the best solutions and methods for most problems encountered in a nutshell we are no “Johnny come lately” to the turf farming business.

Tableland Turf has an efficient delivery service, with the largest delivery system in the region, which means our turf is delivered in premium condition.

We deliver with truck mounted forklifts usually direct on to site and mostly able to place the turf strategically on the laying surface which helps for ease and speed of laying. We usually operate with a system where the turf is slid off our pallets on site, which means there are no pallets to handle during laying and return after turf is laid.
